Prices on the online store may vary from prices set for orders made for pick-up, products also available on other platforms like TradeMe, Facebook Shops & trades that happen via Instagram. The difference may be due to, but not limited to, delivery charges, special promotions and/or reductions and are subject to change at the company’s disposition. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without warning.

 

Products are sold subject to availability. Whilst we work hard to ensure timely and accurate accounts of stock, we do not accept liability for any faults, errors, or inaccuracies in product availability. Where products are unavailable you will be contacted and notified and will be offered either replenishment or alternative stock where possible, store credit, or full refund. The outcome of any such issue will always be mutually agreed upon.

 All stock remains Alpha PC's property until the goods are paid for in full.

Making an order

 

We are a New Zealand Business, and all transactions will be billed in NZD and G.S.T inclusive.

After an order has been made a confirmation email including the invoice will be sent out.
 

The Processing time for each order is 1-5 business days, this is because we need to verify your payment at our end, test/quality check the product before they are sent out, and manage orders if there is an extensive backlog.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. If we are unable to fulfill your order you will be contacted as soon as possible via the information present in your order summary. Where possible you will be offered alternative stock, credit, or a full refund.
